A few weeks back, we had a chance to spend a couple nights at the ranch. I took these pictures meaning to share them and promptly forgot after getting home. This was only the second time I had a chance to cook on the Pit Barrel and it was a lot of fun. It’s nice to cook on something different every once in awhile. I remember the ribs were good, but not great. I think I pulled them just a tad too early. Still a learning curve. Kicking around the idea of getting one for the house. Do I need another grill? No, but what does that matter?
